1. Project Enrollment & Membership
Project enrollment is confirmed once consultation forms are completed and the initial payment or deposit is received.
All project agreements and service packages are non-transferable.
Mile High Patio & Renovation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any project due to misconduct, safety concerns, or non-compliance with company policies and terms.
2. Payments & Refunds
All fees must be paid in full prior to participation unless otherwise arranged.
Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services.
3. Health & Safety
Mile High Patio & Renovation is committed to maintaining a safe work environment for clients, staff, and contractors.
Homeowners must inform our team of any potential safety hazards on the property before work begins.
Our crew follows all local building codes, safety regulations, and site protection protocols throughout the project.
We reserve the right to pause or cancel work if unsafe conditions arise or if anyone on-site poses a safety risk to themselves or others.
4. Liability Waiver
Mile High Patio LLC, its staff, coaches, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss that may occur during academy activities, except in cases of proven negligence.
Parents/guardians agree to assume full responsibility for their child’s participation.
5. Code of Conduct
Respect for our team members, contractors, and clients is required at all times.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior on project sites will not be tolerated.
Clients and visitors must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Mile High Patio & Renovation staff.
6. Use of Media
By engaging our services, you grant Mile High Patio & Renovation permission to use project photos, videos, or recordings of completed work for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.
